What You’ll Do: As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll be the friendly, knowledgeable voice that helps our customers feel confident and cared for. You'll handle inbound and outbound calls, resolve issues, and support field technicians—all while working in a fast-paced, team-focused environment.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in customer service or call center role
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Outlook, Excel, and Word)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including professional grammar and tone
  • Strong attention to detail and high accuracy in data entry
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a busy, fast-paced setting
  • A positive, team-first attitude and strong problem-solving skills
  • Comfort with remote work and occasional travel to HQ (West Chester, PA)
  • Ability to pass background check, including criminal and drug screening review

Responsibilities

  • Answer and make up to 100+ phone calls per day, assisting customers with service questions, scheduling, and follow-ups
  • Deliver 5-star customer service across phone, email, and other communication channels
  • Manage data entry, account updates, service requests, and cancellations in our customer management system
  • Create and review Excel-based reports and service logs
  • Provide support to field technicians by managing dispatch, scheduling, and customer updates
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute to process improvements
  • Maintain professionalism and empathy during customer interactions
