About The Position

We're looking for people who share our company values first, and have experience in pest control second. We can't train people to care about the quality of their work, but we CAN train you how to do the work or to do it better! Our ideal candidate will be responsible for providing effective pest management solutions to our clients while ensuring safety and compliance with industry regulations. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, time management, and a commitment to customer service.

Requirements

Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications in pest control preferred.
Previous experience in customer service.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Physical ability to perform tasks such as lifting, climbing, and working in various weather conditions.
Ability to pass E-Verify work screening upon hire
unexpired CA Driver's license and clean driving record
Branch 2 Applicator's License
One to two years as a licensed Branch 2 Applicator.
Excellent sales skills
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Strong organizational, time-management, and problem-solving skills
Team player
Able to take the initiative
Comfortable with speaking to customers
Strong attention to detail
Able to adjust to a schedule that is based on company needs
Dependable and punctual

Nice To Haves

Previous experience in pest control or a related field is an advantage.
Wildlife Trapping License
Branch 2 Field Representative License
Bilingual English and Spanish at a conversational level

Responsibilities

Apply pest control treatments in accordance with safety guidelines and regulations.
Educate clients on pest prevention techniques and maintenance practices.
Maintain accurate records of services performed and products used.
Respond to customer inquiries and provide exceptional service to ensure client satisfaction.
Collaborate with team members to develop effective pest management strategies.
Stay updated on industry trends, pest control methods, and safety protocols.
