About The Position

Come be a part of our growing company where you can thrive and make an impact by serving as a staff Pest Control Adviser (PCA) in the Mt View Farming Division, working with staff to utilize sound Integrated Pest Management practices in organic vegetable production. Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Agricultural Sciences or related field.
• Valid California Agricultural Pest Control Adviser (PCA) License or ability to obtain one within six months of hiring date.
• Knowledge of agricultural pest control and production practices.
• Computer literate with good working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel.
• Strong verbal and analytical skills with the ability to interact effectively with all levels of employees and management.
• A valid Driver's License with a clean DMV driving record.
• Pass pre-placement drug/alcohol screen, physical and functional capacity evaluation.

Nice To Haves

• 3-5 years of field experience.
• Certified Crop Advisor (CCA).
