COLSA's Corporate Security team is seeking a qualified Personnel Security Specialist to join our team at our headquarters in Huntsville, AL. This is a predominantly on-site position. Provides industrial security support to ensure adherence of security procedures and requirements of the National Industrial Security Program Manual (NISPOM). Responsibilities

• Utilize DISS for visits (incoming and outgoing) including badge check-in and check-out procedures
• Working knowledge of ACCS and the Synchronized Pre-deployment and Operational Tracker (SPOT)
• Responsible for maintaining document control in accordance with security policies and procedures
• May be responsible for maintenance of DD Form 254’s.
• Maintains security files and/or files containing security sensitive information
• Responsible for the duplication and/or destruction of security sensitive information
• Assists with security portion of new hire orientation by conducting briefs on corporate security policies.
• May request, submit, and safeguard clearance applications for new employees.
• Monitors security procedures; ensures compliance with all aspects of the program including personnel, physical and administrative security systems and procedures.
