About The Position

As the Personnel Coordinator, you will be the in-store go-to person for all HR-related matters within a vibrant and dynamic grocery store environment. This role involves actively participating in talent acquisition, welcoming new team members, maintaining accurate employee records, and ensuring timely payroll processing. Additionally, you will be responsible for organizing associate events, providing support to employees, and overseeing training initiatives. The ideal candidate is a people person with strong organizational skills and a passion for enhancing the workplace experience.
