The National Fire Sprinkler Association (NFSA) is the leading voice for the fire sprinkler industry—advocating for fire safety, supporting our members, and advancing training and innovation nationwide. Our mission is to save lives and protect property through the widespread acceptance of the fire sprinkler concept. The Personnel & Leadership Development Manager leads NFSA’s people operations and workplace practices, ensuring employees are supported throughout the full employment lifecycle. This position blends strategic leadership with hands-on execution across recruiting, compensation, benefits, compliance, performance management, and employee development. This role plays a central part in supporting our people, strengthening leadership capacity, and ensuring an engaging, compliant, and high-performing workplace.
