About The Position
The City of Sacramento is seeking a Personnel Analyst to join the Labor Relations Division, ADA & Leave Administration Unit, of the Human Resources Department. The Personnel Analyst will act as the City's Leave Administrator and will be responsible for ensuring regulatory compliance, administering leave of absence and sick leave programs, developing and administering trainings for employees at various levels, and providing excellent customer service to employees and internal stakeholders. With supervisor approval, incumbents may be eligible for intermittent remote work; however, they must physically reside within the Sacramento region or have the ability to regularly report to a City of Sacramento physical worksite with little notice.
