For our location in Großbeeren near Berlin, we are looking for a Personnel Administrator (m/f/d) HR Business Support to start as soon as possible.

Requirements

  • Completed vocational training or business management training, ideally with a focus on HR.
  • At least 2 years' experience in human resources, particularly in document management and contract creation.
  • Good knowledge of common MS Office applications.
  • Knowledge of labour and works constitution law is a plus.
  • Confident communication skills in written and spoken German and English.
  • Discretion, independent working style, loyalty, and a sense of responsibility.

Responsibilities

  • Support the HR Business Partners in implementing all HR processes with a focus on contract and document management.
  • Process general HR administration and preparatory work for payroll accounting.
  • Create documents for individual personnel measures and obtain necessary signatures.
  • Monitor the document flow and organize the proper delivery of documents.
  • Maintain and update personnel and payroll-related data.
  • Manage personnel files and provide information regarding them.
  • Act as the contact person for authorities, offices, and external partners.
