About The Position
As a Personalized Vacation Advisor, you’ll work closely with individuals and small groups to craft custom-tailored travel experiences. Whether it’s a luxury European tour, an anniversary trip, or a solo getaway, you’ll be the go-to expert for delivering thoughtful, detail-rich travel plans that match each client’s vision.
Requirements
- Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- Comfort using digital tools and travel research platforms
- Basic computer skills (email, Google Drive, booking portals, etc.)
- A genuine love for travel and helping others
Nice To Haves
- Experience in customer service or travel planning is a plus
Responsibilities
- Consult with clients to understand their travel goals and preferences
- Research and recommend destinations, accommodations, and activities
- Build personalized itineraries based on client input
- Coordinate all travel bookings and handle logistics
- Provide support and updates as needed throughout the travel process
