The Personal Training Sales Manager plays a critical leadership role in delivering an exceptional member experience while driving Private Training and Supplement revenue. This position is ideal for a former or current certified personal trainer, or a highly motivated sales professional with a deep passion for health, wellness, and human performance. The Personal Training Sales Manager leads from the front—selling, servicing, and overseeing the execution of personal training programs while supporting and supervising the coaching team. This role requires a strong communicator who enjoys building relationships, thrives in a sales-driven environment, and takes pride in helping members achieve life-changing results. In addition to revenue generation, the Personal Training Sales Manager supports club operations, addresses member concerns, assists with employee relations, and ensures scheduling and timekeeping accuracy. This role requires flexible availability , including a mix of mornings, evenings, and weekends as needed to support member demand and business needs, and is accountable for meeting or exceeding Company revenue goals for Private Training and Supplements.
