About The Position

D1 Training Gainesville is seeking a high-energy, goal-driven Personal Training Sales Manager to join our team. This role is perfect for a go-getter who thrives in a fast-paced sales environment, is motivated by performance-based earnings, and isn’t afraid to set, hit, and beat sales goals. You will be responsible for selling personal training and group training services, closing in-facility appointments, nurturing leads, and representing the D1 brand in the community to generate organic, offline leads.

Requirements

• 1+ year of sales experience (fitness, personal training, or service-based sales preferred)
• Comfortable working toward and exceeding sales goals and KPIs
• Confident, energetic communicator — in person, on the phone, and in the community
• Self-starter who takes ownership of results
• Organized and detail-oriented with follow-up and lead management
• Customer-focused mindset with the ability to build trust quickly
• Dependable transportation

Nice To Haves

• Bonus if you can bring existing clients. Commission paid will be paid on clients who begin training at D1 Gainesville.

Responsibilities

• Take and close in-facility sales appointments for personal training, small group, and team training services
• Make outbound calls and follow up with scheduled appointments quickly and consistently
• Prescribe and sell the right training solution based on each client’s goals
• Accurately log notes, contacts, and follow-ups in the CRM
• Attend local business, networking, and community events to represent D1 Gainesville and generate new leads
• Collaborate with coaches and leadership to ensure a seamless client experience from sale to the turf
