Requirements

  • Lives within 30 minutes of San Jose (95112) – This is a hands-on, in-market leadership role.
  • Has 3–5 years of management experience in the fitness industry (gym, in-home, corporate wellness, or studio).
  • Has a nationally recognized personal training certification (NASM, ISSA, ACE, ACSM).
  • Is CPR/AED certified.
  • Brings proven fitness sales experience and has managed monthly revenue pipelines.
  • Is comfortable leading teams and motivating others to reach goals.
  • Is confident using Microsoft Office and CRM systems for communication and data tracking.
  • Is self-motivated, high-energy , and passionate about changing lives through fitness.
  • Owns a dependable vehicle and is willing to travel daily for training and team support.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in corporate wellness or working with tech professionals .
  • A background in coaching , sales mentorship, or small business development.

Responsibilities

  • Sales & Revenue Generation Drive new business through lead generation, sales conversion, and client retention strategies.
  • Meet and exceed monthly revenue goals with a solution-oriented sales approach.
  • Represent the GYMGUYZ brand with excellence at events, meetings, and B2B opportunities.
  • Leadership & Coaching Recruit, develop, and manage a team of 5–10 elite personal trainers .
  • Lead team huddles, provide coaching for client retention, and deliver ongoing mentorship.
  • Monitor session utilization, renewals, and performance metrics weekly.
  • Training & Client Success Conduct in-home and onsite personal training, reassessments, and program design using the GYMGUYZ Fitness App .
  • Ensure top-tier service delivery through personalized programming, support, and motivation.
  • Promote a culture of excellence and community both within the team and among clients.
  • Operations & Systems Manage scheduling, CRM updates, and training logs.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales, training sessions, and team development.
  • Collaborate with the CEO daily on strategic business initiatives.
