About The Position

As a Personal Training Manager, you will be a natural leader passionate about helping others achieve their fitness goals. This role offers a competitive salary structure, with the potential to earn $3,000 for hitting sales standards and no cap on commission. The average salary for this position is $65,000 per year, with top performers making over $100,000 through salary, commission, and performance bonuses.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• One or more NCCA Accredited Personal Trainer Certification and/or B.S. in Exercise Science.
• Current CPR certification.
• 1-2 years as a Personal Trainer preferred.

Nice To Haves

• Prior management experience in gym or retail/hospitality industry leading 3-10 employees.
• Consultative sales experience.

Responsibilities

• Be responsible for personal training sales goals to reach company objectives.
• Attain or exceed individual sales goals.
• Excel in Crunch Personal Training philosophy through CrunchOne Kickoffs.
• Participate in community events for branding and lead generation.
• Sell directly by performing at least 50% of all CrunchOne Kickoffs.
• Coach, role play, and guide individual personal trainer direct reports on how to sell.
• Manage schedules and direct resources as informed by various KPIs.
• Ensure proper execution and communication of the Client Journey, with emphasis on the first 90 days.
• Hire, manage, train & develop personal training staff.
• Increase revenue by introducing members to personal training services through CrunchONE Kickoff process.
• Follow up with and manage leads.
• Retain personal training clients through excellent customer service & follow-up.
• Understand reporting and implementation of course correction.
• Keep up with client program design to maximize client results.
• Work with all department heads to deliver on brand promise.
