Requirements

• Nationally accredited personal training certification (NASM, ACE, ACSM, NCSF, NSCA, IFPA, ETC).
• CPR certification (required).
• High school diploma or GED (Bachelor’s degree preferred).
• Desire to lead and grow within a team.
• Strong communication & organizational skills.
• Passion for fitness and helping others.
• Outgoing, professional, and coachable.
• Sales or fitness leadership experience preferred.
• Availability to work a 4-hour weekend day shift.

Responsibilities

• Lead, develop, and grow as a Personal Training Manager in one of our rapidly expanding clubs.
• Receive training, mentorship, and tools needed to become a top-performing PT Manager.
• Commit to client success and team leadership.
