A Personal Trainer at Life Time is responsible for delivering a variety of personal training services aimed at maximizing workout efficiency, enhancing fitness levels, increasing stamina, and improving the overall well-being of members. This role involves a significant amount of member interaction, as Personal Trainers are expected to provide personal training sessions, onboarding sessions, and complimentary services. The Personal Trainer will be well-versed in Life Time's Core 3 Brand and Philosophy, ensuring that they educate all members about these principles during their interactions. In this position, Personal Trainers will develop safe, professional, and engaging personal training programs tailored to meet the individual needs of clients. They will monitor and instruct clients during training sessions, ensuring the safe and effective use of various fitness equipment, including cardiovascular, flexibility, and strength training tools. Additionally, Personal Trainers will conduct fitness consultations for new clients, which include pre-participation screenings, medical history assessments, lifestyle questionnaires, and goal-setting discussions to recommend appropriate personal training programs. The role also includes fulfilling member service requirements, such as conducting fitness assessments, managing equipment operations, and maintaining cleanliness of fitness equipment. Personal Trainers are expected to promote and sell personal training programs and services, complete all administrative tasks related to each client's fitness plan, and stay updated on industry certifications and trends to provide the best service possible.
