Requirements

• Certified Personal Trainer (NASM, ISSA, ACE, ACSM, or similar)
• CPR/AED certified
• Sales experience with a drive to exceed goals
• Ethical, motivated, and growth-oriented
• Coachable mindset and openness to feedback
• Strong work ethic and personal accountability
• Comfort with structure, goals, and expectations
• Team-first attitude with high personal standards

Responsibilities

• Generate and close personal training sales using a proven system
• Deliver high-quality 1-on-1 and small-group training
• Conduct fitness consultations, body scans, and goal-setting sessions
• Tour of the gym for the membership
• Sale the gym membership
• Build long-term member relationships and drive retention
• Contribute to team revenue, culture, and performance standards
