Also skilled in PT sales, they promote our training programs to all members through the CrunchOne Kickoff. Selling PT is easy when you know how dramatically these programs improve the lives of our members!
Requirements
- Nationally Accredited CPT Certification or Degree in Kinesiology
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Current CPR
- Regularly required to demonstrate or explain proper physical fitness activities, techniques, and procedures.
- Regularly required to lift up to 50 pounds
Nice To Haves
- Personal Training experience preferred but not required.
Responsibilities
- Make reaching fitness goals achievable by assisting members and clients with education and guidance on comprehensive fitness programs including resistance and cardio training, general nutritional guidelines, and nutritional product recommendations.
- Meeting/exceeding minimum monthly company expectations including session service targets resulting in Personal Training revenue, supplement/nutritional product sales, and contributing to club success.
- Promote our training programs to all members through the CrunchOne Kickoff.
