NOW HIRING Workout Anytime Gym Personal Trainer for the West View, PA location. Personal Training Certificate is required. Part-time, commission available. We are not only taking these individuals through one-on-one training, but we are also teaching them to implement HIT cardio, weight training and a whole food nutritional program to provide consistently amazing results! Requirements

• Nationally certified Personal Trainers (ACE, ISSA, NASM, etc.) is REQUIRED.
• Demonstrated ability to sell members and Personal/Group trainings
• Outgoing personality and excellent customer service skills
• Enjoys interacting with a diverse group of people
• Passion for fitness and Changing lives
• Motivated entrepreneur who is a team player
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment with demonstrated ability to handle and prioritize multiple tasks and demands.
• Flexibility in response to unexpected changes in work assignments.
• Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent.
• 18 years old with a valid driver’s license

Nice To Haves

• Sales background is preferred
• Familiar with Software Ignite or previous fitness industry experience is a plus

Responsibilities

• Ability to conduct success session and personal/group trainings as a certified trainer. (Experience and /or related degrees are encouraged but on the job training will be provided)
• Ensure all prospect/guest information is entered into the club management software system (Club OS/Data Track) and complete all required tracking forms and processes.
• Respond to member and guest concerns, suggestions and complaints in a timely, professional and consistent manner. If you are unable to resolve the issue, please communicate the issue to the owner.
• Selling PT and ensure that members are working out safely and effectively. Offer assistance and guidance when they are not.
• Clock in and out for all work shifts and breaks.
• All other duties as required.
