As a YMCA Personal Trainer, you will be responsible for creating and delivering personalized fitness programs that inspire and motivate members to achieve their health and wellness goals. You will play a key role in member engagement, retention, and satisfaction by providing high-quality training services and maintaining a welcoming and supportive environment. Key Responsibilities: Build and maintain strong relationships with members. Offer continuous motivation, support, and accountability. Conduct fitness assessments to establish baseline measurements and identify member goals. Provide follow-up consultations to monitor progress and adjust programs. Design and implement personalized training programs based on individual needs, preferences, and fitness levels. Ensure the fitness area is clean, safe, and well-maintained. Follow all YMCA policies and procedures, including those related to health and safety. Respond to and report any accidents or incidents promptly.
