About The Position

As a Personal Trainer, you will be responsible for helping FITWORKS members achieve their health and fitness goals. We are looking for positive team players to join our AWESOME team!

Requirements

• Current Personal Training Certification (National Certification preferred)
• Current CPR/AED and First Aid Certifications Required
• Ability to instruct and educate clients on basic exercise physiology and inform them of proper lifting and exercise techniques
• Professional and courteous demeanor
• Ability to communicate positively with potential members, current members, club guests, and all FITWORKS team members
• Willingness to be trained on all FITWORKS systems and processes
• Desire to achieve set goals and metrics in a fast-paced environment

Nice To Haves

• Familiarity with CMS/CRM software a plus

Responsibilities

• Scheduling and confirming client sessions
• Educating and enforcing policies regarding safe and proper use of equipment
• Walking the fitness floor while engaging and assisting members
• Setting up member engagement and education displays
• Attendance at monthly Personal Trainer staff meetings
• Offering feedback and suggestions for on-going improvement and growth of the Personal Training Department
