As a Personal Trainer, you are expected to be relentless in the pursuit of your goals and the goals of your clients, setting the pace for success and motivating clients to achieve more. You will guide clients through their fitness journey with personalized attention and programming, creating individualized plans for achieving their fitness goals safely and without injury. This role involves leading clients through exercise routines, offering encouragement, and educating Club members about the benefits of personal training, while also being responsible for working with and growing your existing client list. You are expected to strive for constant and never-ending improvement.
