Responsibilities
- Lead 1:1 and small group
- Design individualized programs and deliver structured workouts
- Motivate and support members at all fitness levels
- Generate training interest through member engagement and outreach
- Follow up with leads, schedule consultations, and close training sales
- Promote programming and contribute to member retention
