About the role Delhi Athletic Club managed by HealthFitness is looking for a part-time Personal Trainer to work on-site in Cincinnati, OH. We are looking for someone to work approximately 8-16 hours per week as a Personal Trainer and a Fitness Floor Attendant. As a Fitness Floor Attendant, you will be responsible for providing exercise floor supervision and interacting with members and program participants within the fitness center. In this position, you will be responsible for designing customized workout programs and train our members based on their needs. You will be responsible for conducting fitness testing and assessments, advising participants of results, providing one-on-one, buddy and group personal training to members participating in the program, and educating them about the fundamentals of strength and cardiovascular training, as well as the proper and safe use of applicable equipment.

Requirements

  • Current Personal Training certification from an industry recognized and HealthFitness approved provider
  • Current Adult First Aid & CPR/AED certifications from American Heart Association, American Red Cross or American Safety & Health Institute required within 30 days of hire.
  • Computer proficiency in MS Office including at minimum Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Ability to navigate electronic onboarding and timecard systems required.

  • 1+ year of personal training experience
