You'll have an opportunity to train in a brand new Wellness Center with plenty of space and equipment to develop creative and progressive workouts. Some new clients may be available from Day 1.

Requirements

Nationally recognized certification
Motivated and energetic mindset
Willing to be on your feet for a few hours
Enjoys interacting with people
Must have HS Diploma
Must have National Personal Trainer Certification
CPR/First Aid Certification Required - will provide if needed

Responsibilities

Engage and educate members about the benefits of exercise.
Schedule appointments to develop structured programs based on the health history, interests, goals and needs of the member.
Develop, implement, and instruct a variety of personal training and small group sessions
Builds relationships to maintain a steady growth of member participation and increase member retention level
Establish support to help members meet their goals
Works wellness floor to find potential clients
Provide Wellness Department Orientations to new members
Identify and correct lifting techniques
Create client specific fitness programming
Provide tours to potential members
Register new members or current members for on-going training packages
Data entry tracking
