The Personal Trainer provides an enjoyable, high quality and safe exercise prescription to YMCA members and program participants. Conduct fitness assessments to understand members' current fitness levels. Adaptability to tailor training programs for various fitness levels and preferences. Provide clear and concise instructions on exercise techniques. Demonstrate proper form and posture to minimize the risk of injury. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Passionate about fitness and helping others reach their goals. Patience and empathy to understand clients' individual challenges. Must obtain or posses a Personal Training Certification through nationally recognized organization (AFAA, ACE, NSCA, NASM, or ACSM Personal Training certification(s) .
