About The Position
The Tuckahoe Family YMCA is seeking certified Personal Trainers to design and implement exercise programs and to work closely with members. This part time position starts at $17 per hour. We are looking for candidates that can work early mornings and evenings. Requirements
- current nationally recognized personal trainer certification (ACSM, NSCA, ACE, etc.)
- current CPR, AED and First Aid certifications
Responsibilities
- design and implement exercise programs
- work closely with members
- work flexible hours to accommodate members' needs
- work hours as a Wellness Coach to utilize their time to build relationships with members
- provide equipment orientations
- conduct fitness evaluations
- clean equipment
- assist members on the wellness floor
