As a Personal Trainer at the Y, you are in a unique position to change someone's life by building connections and promoting a healthy and active lifestyle. Our Personal Trainers instruct and motivate individuals and small groups in a safe, enjoyable, and positive environment that promotes member wellness and engagement. Under the direction of the Regional Director of Wellness Experience, the Personal Trainer's primary responsibilities include: developing workout plans for various fitness levels and populations working one-on-one with clients, small group personal training (2-4), and encouraging growth and development of boot camps Providing assessments to ensure quality and progressions towards client goals
