About The Position
Snap Fitness and our Personal Training component - Alpha 1 Personal Training, are seeking energetic Personal Trainers to join our team. The right candidate(s) will have a passion for fitness, desire to motivate others, and a fun upbeat attitude. We have internal growth opportunities for trainers to become as specialized as they'd like or remain more generalized as well as pay tier progressions for additional education and experience. All trainers have the freedom to program as they like (so long as they adhere to common training practices), so they don't have to administer a pre-prescribed training plan to their clients. Our operations team handles a large amount of client acquisition and initial signing for the trainer and assigns new clients to trainers. Trainers are always able to self-generate clients themselves as they wish.
