About The Position
Snap Fitness is seeking an energetic Personal Trainer to join our team in Hartford. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for fitness, a desire to motivate others, and a fun, upbeat attitude. As a Personal Trainer, you will play a crucial role in helping our members achieve their fitness goals through personalized training and support. You will conduct service appointments that include body fat analysis, nutritional counseling, and guidance on the proper use of fitness equipment and exercise form. Your ability to connect with clients from all walks of life and your strong communication skills will be essential in this role. In addition to conducting training sessions, you will develop individualized exercise programs tailored to our members' personal fitness and exercise goals. Monitoring and assisting members to ensure they are using proper form during exercises is a key responsibility. You will also be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and tidiness of the facility, ensuring a welcoming environment for all members. Achieving monthly revenue goals set by the management team will be part of your responsibilities, and you will partner with the sales and management team to help new members reach their fitness aspirations through personal training.
