About The Position

Make an impact where it matters. As a substitute/fill‑in Personal Trainer in Washington, DC, you’ll lead fitness assessments, create customized training plans, and deliver high‑quality one‑on‑one coaching while educating members on proper equipment use and training fundamentals. Responsible for designing customized workout programs and training members based on their needs. Responsible for conducting fitness testing and assessments, advising participants of results, providing one-on-one personal training to members, and educating them about the fundamentals of strength and cardiovascular training, as well as the proper and safe use of applicable equipment.

Requirements

  • Current Personal Training certification from an industry recognized and HealthFitness approved provider.
  • Current Adult First Aid & CPR/AED certifications from American Heart Association, American Red Cross or American Safety & Health Institute within first 30 days of hire.
  • Ability to navigate electronic onboarding and timecard systems required.
