If you are serious about becoming a professional personal trainer and/or strength coach, this internship is for you. This 12-week internship is a structured development program designed to prepare coaches to work with real clients, uphold high coaching standards, and grow into professionals in the fitness industry. We coach adults 40+, which means communication, attention to detail, and professionalism matter just as much as exercise knowledge. This is not a “clean equipment and observe” internship. Interns are expected to show up prepared, be coachable, take feedback seriously, and actively develop their coaching skills in a real training environment. About BridgeFit Personal Training BridgeFit Personal Training specializes in helping adults 40+ build strength, confidence, and long-term health without beating up their bodies. Our coaching approach is personal, intentional, and built around trust and accountability. We have been voted Best Personal Training in Johnson County for three consecutive years, and most of our coaching staff has come through our internship program. This internship may lead to part-time or full-time employment, but hiring is not guaranteed. Employment decisions are based on performance, growth, professionalism, and current staffing needs.
