About The Position

The UFC GYM is searching for top tier energetic talent for its premier fitness and training facility at the Park City Center mall in Lancaster, PA. We have a Part-Time evening & weekend opportunity for the right Personal Trainer and Fitness or MMA Coach. This position is responsible for ensuring a positive customer experience and delivering great member service through Front Desk management, occasional Personal Training and/or Group Classes. The coach is primarily responsible for front desk management, new membership sales, and building relationships and identifying private training and 1-on-1 coaching opportunities. ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: HIGH ENERGY! PERSONALY FIT! MOTIVATIONAL! SELF-DRIVEN! EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE! Ability to secure new clients and maintain repeat/continuous business. Superior sales acumen and customer service. Promote and conduct private training with members and cover Group Classes when necessary. Execute an effective gym membership sales tours. Follow up calls to member prospects Clean gym front/retail area and locker rooms clean. Ability to conduct group classes in Fitness and/or Martial Arts is a plus! Member Experience Focus on CHANGING LIVES through empowering clients to become the best version of themselves Be a brand ambassador of UFC Gym and its “Train Different” philosophy. Conduct safe and effective private training sessions. Respond passionately and professionally to requests and inquiries from guests, members and staff. SCHEDULE: Thursdays 3:00PM-10:00PM, Fridays 3:00PM-9:00PM, Saturdays 8:45AM - 4:00PM, Sundays 10:00AM-3:00PM REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS: Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Friendly, enthusiastic and positive attitude. Ability to understand and follow oral and written instructions. Possess a strong customer service focus. Respond professionally to requests and inquiries from guests, members and staff. Must be able to lift/carry up to 50+ lbs. Train Different, Live Different, Work Different.
