That's why I need another coach. Here's what this job actually looks like: You'll train adults 40+ in small groups and 1-on-1 sessions. You'll focus on form, progress, and helping people do the things they love outside the gym — hike with their kids, play with grandkids, climb stairs without pain. You won't sell. You won't work doubles. You'll have a stable schedule and a team that has your back. This role starts part-time with the opportunity to grow into full-time as we continue to scale.
