About The Position

Gold's Gym is looking to add one more exceptional personal trainer to our team! Our facility caters to a diverse range of clients, from ages 15 to 85, providing an excellent opportunity for personal trainers to grow their business. We offer the flexibility to accommodate either part-time or full-time schedules, with options for morning or evening shifts. This is a fantastic place to kickstart your fitness career!

Requirements

• Current CPR/AED Certification and basic First Aid knowledge (short grace period is offered).
• Current Nationally Recognized Personal Trainer Certification (short grace period is offered).
• Certifications such as NASM, ACSM, NFPT, ACE, CSCS, NPTI, NSCA, ISSA, PTA Global, AFAA, NESTA, NCFS, RTS Resistance Training Specialist are preferred.
• Stay current on all certifications.
• Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Punctuality is essential.
• Provide a custom experience for each individual client based on their goals.
• Communicate effectively with staff and members.
• Demonstrate correct form and technique on exercises.
• Stay up-to-date with exercise science.
• Keep track of client files, progressions, and goals.
• Motivate all members.
• Ability to learn sales techniques is important, though prior sales experience is not required.
• Promote personal training services.
• Grow and enjoy your job.
