About The Position
The 2025 Summer Internship at HP, Inc. is designed to provide students with a unique opportunity to apply their academic knowledge to real-world challenges while gaining valuable experience in the technology sector. This internship is a 12-week paid program that emphasizes learning, networking, and personal development. Interns will engage in meaningful projects that contribute to HP's mission of delivering innovative digital experiences across various domains, including personal computing, peripherals, and digital services. The program aims to foster a diverse and inclusive environment, encouraging candidates from historically underrepresented groups in technology to apply. Interns will have the chance to work closely with experienced professionals, participate in executive speaker sessions, and engage in community involvement activities, all while having fun and making lasting connections. Interns in the Personal Systems division will focus on technical engineering projects, specifically developing UEFI/BIOS code on HP Workstations, troubleshooting complex issues, and gathering training data for AI models. This hands-on experience is designed to enhance the interns' technical skills and prepare them for future career opportunities within HP, Inc. The internship is intended for students who are currently eligible to work in the US and do not require work authorization sponsorship in the future. Successful interns may have the opportunity for full-time conversion based on performance evaluations and available headcount after the internship concludes.
