Nice To Haves

PCA / PSS Certification or equivalent preferred
Direct care experience preferred

Responsibilities

Assist residents with non-medical, activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support
Provide meal planning, preparation, and feeding as required
Provide medication reminders
Foster meaningful connections with residents, offering emotional support, companionship, and a listening ear
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to contribute to resident care plans and provide input on individualized care needs
Monitor and ensure the safety and well-being of residents, promptly reporting any concerns or changes in health status
Maintain accurate and detailed records of care provided and any observations, contributing to the overall assessment of resident needs
