About The Position
Central Maine Healthcare is an integrated healthcare delivery system serving 400,000 people living in central, western and Midcoastal Maine. Requirements
- Residential Care Specialist 1 (RCS -I) or Personal Support Specialist (PSS) Certification required within 120 calendar days.
- Placed on state registry within 120 calendar days.
- Minimum six months of previous experience in a long term care setting, preferred.
Responsibilities
- The Personal Support Specialist assists residents with activities of daily living.
- The PSS is responsible for working with team members to ensure residents’ needs are met and to assist in providing a safe homelike environment for residents.
