About The Position

In this vital, hands-on role, you’ll provide direct personal care and assist residents with daily activities, helping to create a safe, respectful, and supportive living environment. You’ll work closely with nursing and care teams to observe and document resident needs, respond to changes in condition, and ensure resident rights, safety, and well-being are always prioritized. Requirements

  • Experience working with the elderly in a personal care environment preferred.
  • Valid PSS certification.
  • Good written and oral communication skills and ability to communicate effectively to residents, family, staff, and outside facilities and vendors.
  • Ability to meet facility and state immunization requirements.
  • Commitment to quality services and treating residents with dignity and respect.
  • Ability to work effectively with others and portray a positive, team-player attitude.
