About The Position

Rumford Community Home is seeking a Personal Support Specialist (PSS) to join our team! This is a part-time, 24-hours benefits eligible position. Starting pay is $18.25 plus a Sign-On Bonus of $1250. This is a PSS position with our Rumford Community Homes Long Term Care Facility in Rumford, Maine. The Personal Support Specialist (PSS) assists with the overall care of residents in cooperation with other facility staff as assigned by the charge person/Director of Clinical Services. Works in close cooperation with other team members to give personal care to assigned residents as needed. Assists in any way possible to provide a safe, homelike, and comfortable environment for the residents.
