Requirements

• Ability to pass a criminal background check mandated by the State of Maryland.
• Reliable vehicle for transporting individuals.
• Demonstrated ability to read and write clearly and concisely.
• Proficiency in computer-based software such as Excel, Word, and Access.
• Dependable, responsible, and punctual with a flexible attitude.

Responsibilities

• Assist individuals with physical and personal management needs, including health, grooming, and eating.
• Support household management tasks such as meal preparation, laundry, and cleaning.
• Administer medication and provide prescribed medical treatments as necessary.
• Facilitate the development of friendships and community connections for individuals.
• Assist individuals in planning and making informed choices about their lives.
• Maintain effective communication and rapport with individuals and their support teams.
