Requirements

• Person-centered, patient, and kind.

• Good communication skills for documentation and collaboration.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Successful background clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal and companion care in a residential setting.
• Assist individuals with disabilities in their home setting and out in the community.
• Enhance the quality of life for individuals with disabilities.
