The Personal Shopper at Sam's Club is responsible for developing and supporting Membership by promoting benefits, processing accounts, and participating in sales events. This role also involves maintaining facility safety by adhering to all safety standards and procedures, including handling hazardous materials and reporting unsafe situations. A key function is fulfilling Member Fax n Pull and Click n Pull orders, which includes pulling, scanning, wrapping, and palletizing items, ensuring order accuracy, and managing out-of-stock merchandise. The Personal Shopper must complete work assignments efficiently, collaborate with various partners, and provide excellent Member service by assisting with purchasing decisions, locating merchandise, and resolving issues. Additionally, the role requires compliance with company policies, ethical standards, and a commitment to Walmart's core values of Respect for the Individual, Acting with Integrity, Serving Customers and Members, and Striving for Excellence.
