This position is responsible for developing and supporting Membership by providing information on Membership benefits, promoting the value of Company products and services, processing Memberships, upgrades, and credit accounts, and participating in sales and marketing events to meet Membership goals. The role also involves maintaining the safety of the facility by adhering to all safety standards, procedures, and guidelines, including conducting safety sweeps and proper handling of materials. A key function is fulfilling Member Fax n Pull and Click n Pull orders, which includes reviewing orders, pulling items from shelves, scanning, wrapping, and palletizing items, ensuring order accuracy, and managing out-of-stock merchandise. The Personal Shopper completes work assignments by utilizing company policies, data, and resources, collaborating with various partners, prioritizing tasks, and adapting to feedback. Providing excellent Member service is crucial, involving acknowledging members, identifying needs, assisting with purchasing decisions, locating merchandise, and resolving issues. The role also requires compliance with company policies, procedures, and ethical standards, embracing diversity, fostering a supportive workplace, working collaboratively in a team, and mentoring others.
