This position is for a Personal Shopper at Sam's Club. The role involves developing and supporting Membership by providing information on benefits, promoting products and services, processing memberships, upgrades, and credit accounts, and participating in sales and marketing events to meet Membership goals. The Personal Shopper is also responsible for maintaining facility safety by following all safety standards, procedures, and guidelines, including conducting safety sweeps, following forklift spotting procedures, handling hazardous materials, and reporting unsafe situations. A key part of the role is fulfilling Member Fax 'n Pull and Click 'n Pull orders by reviewing, pulling, scanning, wrapping, and palletizing items, ensuring order accuracy, securing items, and following up on out-of-stock merchandise. The role also involves providing excellent Member service by acknowledging needs, assisting with purchasing decisions, locating merchandise, resolving issues, and promoting company products and services. The associate is expected to comply with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity, embrace diversity, work as a team, develop and mentor others, act with integrity, put the customer first, make data-driven decisions, strive for excellence, and drive continuous improvements.
