The Personal Shopper at Sam's Club is responsible for developing and supporting Membership by providing information on benefits, promoting products and services, and processing accounts. This role also involves maintaining facility safety, fulfilling Member Fax n Pull and Click n Pull orders by accurately pulling, scanning, wrapping, and palletizing items, and ensuring timely delivery to Members. The Personal Shopper provides excellent Member service, assists with purchasing decisions, resolves issues, and promotes company offerings, all while complying with company policies and upholding standards of ethics and integrity.
