The Personal Shopper at Sam's is responsible for developing and supporting Membership by providing information on benefits, promoting products and services, processing memberships, upgrades, and credit accounts, and participating in sales and marketing events to meet Membership goals. This role also involves fulfilling Member Fax n Pull and Click n Pull orders by accurately reviewing, pulling, scanning, wrapping, and palletizing items, ensuring their security until Members arrive, and managing out-of-stock merchandise. Additionally, the Personal Shopper maintains facility safety by adhering to all safety standards and procedures, including proper forklift spotting and hazardous material handling, and provides excellent Member service by assisting with purchasing decisions and resolving concerns.
