A key responsibility is fulfilling Member Fax 'n Pull and Click 'n Pull orders, which includes reviewing orders, pulling items from shelves, scanning, wrapping, and palletizing items, ensuring order accuracy, securing merchandise, and following up on out-of-stock items. The role demands effective work assignment completion by utilizing policies, data, and resources, collaborating with managers, co-workers, customers, and business partners, identifying priorities, meeting deadlines, communicating progress, recommending improvements, and adapting to change and feedback. Furthermore, the Personal Shopper provides Member service by acknowledging needs, assisting with purchasing decisions, locating merchandise, resolving issues, and promoting the Company's products and services. Compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity, including using the Open Door Policy, is also required.
