About The Position

The position involves developing and supporting Membership by providing information on Membership benefits, promoting the value of Company products and services, processing Membership upgrades and credit accounts, participating in sales and marketing events, and making efforts to meet Membership goals. The role also includes maintaining the safety of the Facility by following all safety standards, procedures, and guidelines, conducting safety sweeps, and handling hazardous materials properly. Additionally, the position requires fulfilling Member Fax n Pull and Click n Pull orders, ensuring the accuracy of orders and invoices, and providing Member service by acknowledging their needs and assisting with purchasing decisions. The role emphasizes compliance with company policies and standards of ethics and integrity, fostering a culture of belonging, and supporting the development of team members.

Responsibilities

• Develop and support Membership by providing information on Membership benefits.
• Promote the value of Company products and services.
• Process Membership upgrades and credit accounts.
• Participate in sales and marketing events to meet Membership goals.
• Maintain safety of Facility by following all safety standards and procedures.
• Conduct safety sweeps and handle hazardous materials properly.
• Fulfill Member Fax n Pull and Click n Pull orders by reviewing and pulling items from shelves.
• Ensure accuracy of orders and invoices, and secure items until Members arrive.
• Provide Member service by acknowledging needs and assisting with purchasing decisions.
• Comply with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity.
