This position involves assisting management with the supervision of associates in assigned areas of responsibility. Key duties include assigning tasks, communicating goals and feedback, training on processes and procedures, providing guidance on member service, ensuring compliance with company policies, supporting the Open Door Policy, and participating in various HR functions like recruiting, hiring, scheduling, promoting, coaching, and evaluating associates. The role also encompasses maintaining facility safety, supporting Sam's Club's e-commerce initiatives such as Club Pick Up and Ship From Club, supervising e-commerce associates, executing the Club Pick Up plan, and contributing to projects aimed at improving e-commerce efficiencies. Additionally, the Personal Shopper Lead is responsible for providing excellent member service, maintaining sales floor and merchandise presentation, overseeing the picking and staging of club pick-up orders, developing and implementing business processes, ensuring compliance with ethical standards, and fostering teamwork.
