About The Position
The Personal Shopper Coordinator is responsible for maintaining the accurate and efficient shopping and processing of all orders received through Food City's Curbside Pickup service. Other responsibilities include professional communications with customers, various types of payment processing, and excellent order accuracy. Additionally, the Professional Shopper Coordinator is responsible for ensuring the delivery of outstanding service by the entire Go-Cart team.
